Our services are designed to respond to the growing demand of qualified skilled and un-skilled workers in the areas of construction and hospitality. Our solutions are both international and domestic based.
Putting it simply we provide employers with an A-Z service that includes recruiting potential employees domestically and to the recruiting, training and hiring of international workers.
We will provide a win-win solution that will allow business to focus on maximizing opportunity in their area of specialization.

Our primary objectives as an organization are to assist, inform and support education and employment information seekers and help them to achieve their goals. SERVICE TO EMPLOYERS - STEP BY STEP
Recruiting takes time and cumbersome especially when dealing with potential international employees. We provide a very methodical process which includes:

We only present qualified workers for positions in which there is a need this includes.

Step 3: Foreign worker documentation
All documentation ( eg foreign worker visa)and government inquiries will be managed by LLE in consultation with the employer.
Step 4: Employee settlement and transition
Staff members are already in place to ensure that the employee has a complete transition plan for life in Canada which includes settlement, health access and other living requirements. The goal is to ensure that the employee is ready to begin work.

EDUCATION AND TRAINING
LLE provides accredited education and training in construction and hospitality. This training is domestically and internationally based. More information about these services is forthcoming. Please ask an LLE representative for more information.
FOREIGN WORKER CREDENTIALING
LLE works with companies and individuals to facilitate the credentialing of workers in their particular area of expertise. This includes:
Obtaining information required to write challenge exams for credentialing. In British Columbia it would be under the authority of the Industry Training Authority for Alberta the Alberta Apprenticeship and Industry Training (AIT).
prepare materials for employees writing challenge exams in their designated areas
